ORDER re #1 Remark: Although petitioner filed his pleading on a form titled "Complaint for Violations of Civil Rights," and the Clerk's Office accordingly docketed it as a complaint, petitioner challenges the fact of his conviction and sentence in the Court of Common Pleas of Blair County and seeks as his relief "[to be e]xonerated of all charges and released immediately." That makes this matter a successive petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2244(b)(3)(A), petitioner is required to obtain authorization from the Court of Appeals before this petition can be considered by this court.
