ORDER FOR STATISTICAL CLOSING. When Petitioner filed this case, he was a pretrial detainee. He was instructed by the Court to file a Petition under 28 USC 2241 by October 22, 2021. Petitioner failed to comply. Petitioner's public criminal docket reflects that he was sentenced on 10/11/2021 to a term of confinement of 30 days to 6 months. If Petitioner desires to challenge his judgment of conviction, he must first fully exhaust his state court remedies. Once he has fully exhausted, Petitioner may file a new habeas case at a new docket number challenging his judgment of conviction. This case shall be marked closed.
