Filing 8 CASE MANAGEMENT ORDER: no formal discovery, such as interrogatories, requests for production or requests for admission will be allowed in this case without leave of court. However, no later than April 28, 2023 the defendant(s) shall provide plaintiff with the following: (1) Initial Disclosures pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 26; (2) all incident reports, grievances, disciplinary reports, or other similar documents in its possession concerning the alleged incident or incidents;(3) all medical records in its possession regarding Plaintiff that relate to the claims in his complaint. Defendants are ordered to file a Notice with this Court stating that this Order has been complied with, including a general description of what was provided and the date of compliance. Plaintiff shall, no later than May 29, 2023, advise the court of any further discovery, if any, he deems necessary for the prosecution of this case. He may not submit requests for discovery to the defendant(s) without leave of court. All dispositive motions and briefs in support thereof must be filed by June 30, 2023. Responses are due July 31, 2023. If Defendant/s do/es not intend to file dispositive motions, they are ordered to file a notice with the court by the motions deadline that so states.
