The Court began by reviewing the parties' Proposed Initial Scheduling Order. The Court informed the parties that it will schedule a Post-Discovery Status Conference for a date in January 2024. Accordingly, in order to allow the parties time to attempt to settle the case on their own, the Court indicated that the parties did not need to select a mediator at this time.
