Filing 20 Minute Entry for proceedings held before Judge Kim R. Gibson: The Court held an Initial Rule 16 Case Management Conference with counsel for the parties appearing by telephone. The Court began by addressing the parties' Stipulation Selecting ADR Process. Counsel for Plaintiff explained that she may require a fairly significant amount of time to complete ADR, depending on certain factors. Ultimately, the Court stated that it would set the deadline for the completion of ADR for 7/1/2024 and that if the parties require additional time to complete ADR, they can so move the Court. The Court then turned its attention to the parties' Proposed Initial Scheduling order. The Court stated that it would schedule a Post-Discovery Status Conference for a date in July 2024.
