ORDER AND NOTICE TO CONSIDER: On May 25, 2023, the Debtor filed an Urgent Motion for Authorization for the Interim Use of Cash Collateral, for the Scheduling of a Preliminary Hearing and for Approval of: (1) the Interim Use of Cash Collateral; and (2) Continued Use of Cash Collateral (the Urgent Motion) (Dkt. 5).
