OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING IN PART and DENYING IN PART 30 Longhorn's motion for summary judgment. We DISMISS Plaintiffs' sexual-harassment claims based upon a theory of harassment by a supervisor. Plaintiffs' coworker harassment, re taliation, and supplemental claims survive summary judgment and will be scheduled for trial.
