Filing 24 OPINION AND ORDER re 16 Motion to Dismiss. The Court GRANTS defendant Commonwealth's motion to dismiss. Accordingly, plaintiffs' claims pursuant to the ADA and 42 U.S.C. section 1983 are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Plaintiffs' claim s pursuant to articles 1802 and 1803 of the Puerto Rico Civil Code are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
