OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING 12 MOTION to Compel Arbitration, etc., filed by Ritz Carlton San Juan Hotel Spa and Casino. Judgment shall enter dismissing all claims in Plaintiffs' complaint, without prejudice to filing Plaintiffs' claims arising under Puerto Rico law in Commonwealth courts.
