OPINION AND ORDER re 7 Motion to Remand to State Court, and re 11 Motion in Compliance. The Court GRANTS plaintiff's motion for remand. Plaintiff's complaint is REMANDED to the Puerto Rico's Court of First Instance, San Juan Superior Division. Judgment shall be entered accordingly.
