Filing 24 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER re 14 Motion for Default Judgment. The Court GRANTS IN PART and DENIES IN PART plaintiffs' motion for default judgment. The Court grants plaintiffs' motion for default judgment with regard to their breach of contract claim. The Court denies the motion with regard to the unjust enrichment claim with prejudice. The Court also denies the motion with regard to the investment fraud claim without prejudice. Furthermore, the Court dismisses plaintiffs' request f or attorney's fees with prejudice.
