OPINION AND ORDER re 1 SOCIAL SECURITY COMPLAINT, filed by Migdalia Velez-Valentin. We REMAND the Commissioner's decision for further proceedings consistent with this opinion, including the use of a vocational expert. We note that this remand is within sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), pursuant to Shalala v. Schaeffer, 509 U.S. 292, 297 (1993). Judgment to be entered accordingly.
