Filing 35 OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING 22 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by Acrecent Financial Corporation; DENYING 21 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by Sinercon C.A., Arrow International Investments, LLC, Far Away Holdin gs, LLC. Pursuant to Section 5 of the Settlement Agreement, Defendants, jointly and severally, shall pay to Plaintiff (a) 100% of the Deficiency, (b) interest on the Deficiency at 7.25 % per annum from June 9, 2011, until payment of all sum s due, (c) Disposition Costs and expenses incurred by Plaintiff, and (d) reasonable attorneys' fees and costs incurred by Plaintiff as a result of Defendants' default. Within ten (10) days of this Opinion and Order, Plaintiff shall file wit h the court an Informative Motion detailing current amounts for this award and shall include all supporting documentation that was not previously provided.
