ORDER granting in part and denying in part 96 Motion in Limine. The Court DENIES Defendants' Motion in Limine as to testimony from Plaintiff's expert witness, regarding two deviations of standard of care regarding the operative technique used by Dr. Velazquez during the Cesarean Section and; GRANTS Defendants' Motion as to opinion testimony regarding lack of informed consent from Plaintiff.
