Filing 18 OPINION AND ORDER. The Court hereby DENIES plaintiff's motions to authorize service by publication, filed at ECF Nos. 3, 13, 14, and 15. The Court also NOTES and GRANTS plaintiff's motions for a ruling on its motions for service by public ation insofar as they request consideration of those motions. See ECF Nos. 16, 17. Finally, the Court ORDERS plaintiff to show cause as to why the Court has original jurisdiction of the action in light of plaintiff's inclu sion of a John Doe party of unknown citizenship in the complaint, and also as to why CRIM, Hacienda, and the United States are to be deemed properly served. Plaintiff has fourteen (14) days in which to respond to this order to show cause. Failure to do so may result in the dismissal of the action as a sanction. Signed by Chief Judge Aida M. Delgado-Colon on 6/16/2017.(wm) |
