In light of Defendant's significant efforts to comply with the loss mitigation process, Docket No. 60-1, the Court shall grant her one last opportunity to submit an application. However, Defendant must fully comply with all applicable regulations and all document requests; she cannot refuse to provide additional documentation simply because she believes that "she has provided... more than enough information." Docket No. 60-2 at 2. Moreover, Defendant must provide the complete application in a single submission, with documents updated and current as of the time of submission. It is reasonable for Plaintiff to request updated documents, including re-dated documents, to ensure that the decision-maker has a clear picture of the debtor's current financial status. On the other hand, Plaintiff shall engage in good faith efforts to assist Defendant during the loss mitigation process, including providing Defendant with a complete list of any and all evidence required to complete the loss mitigation process. The list shall include any requirements as to the date or recency of the documents, as well as any other nuances pertaining to each document. The Court expects full compliance with this Order and good faith dealings between the Parties. Plaintiff may refile the present motion if the loss mitigation process is unsuccesful.
