OPINION AND ORDER: DENYING IN PART Plaintiffs' Motion for Summary Judgment at Docket No. 167 ; GRANTING IN PART Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment at Docket No. 184 , and awarding reimbursement of private school costs and compensator y education. The parties are ORDERED to meet and approve the 2020-2021 IEP by September 8, 2020. If the parties fail to reach agreement, then they shall exhaust administrative remedies.
