ORDER holding in abeyance #1 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis; holding in abeyance #2 Motion for Writ of Habeas Corpus. Plaintiff's pro se status does not insulate him from complying with this Court's procedural rules. Ahmed v. Rosenblatt, 118 F.3d 886, 890 (1st Cir. 1997). In this district, all documents must be filed in English or accompanied by a certified English translation, as required by 48 U.S.C. 864 and Local Civil Rule 5(g). Plaintiff shall have until 10/26/2020 to refile (i) the Motion for Leave to Proceed in Forma Pauperis and (ii) the Motion under 28 U.S.C. 2254 in the English language.
