ORDER: On July 22, 2021, the Clerk of the Court issued a Notice of Defective Filing listing the matters Plaintiff Javier Perez-Sanjurjo needed to cure. See Docket No. #3 . The Notice of Defective Filing warned Plaintiff that failure to take action within 21 days of the date of the Notice could mean that his pleading would not be filed or the case would be dismissed. Given that Plaintiff Perez-Sanjurjo has not taken any action in response to the Notice and more that 42 days have elapsed since the date of the Notice, the case is dismissed WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
