ORDER. Plaintiff filed a complaint at ECF No. 2 in the Spanish language. However, the Court is unable to entertain motions or pleadings filed in the Spanish language. All pleadings before the Court must be in the English language. See Local Civil Rule 5(g); 48 U.S.C. 864. Petitioner is granted 15 days from the issuance of this order to file certified translations or refile her pleading and motions in the English language. Accordingly, the application to proceed in District court without prepaying the fees or costs at ECF No. 1 is HELD IN ABEYANCE. Failure to comply with the 11/30/2021 deadline may entail sanctions including but not limited to dismissal of the action.
