ORDER: Defendant failed to respond to the April 12, 2023 Clerk's Office Notice of Defective filing which is at CM/ECF #4 . The notice warned defendant of the need to submit documents in the English language within 30 days or else face dismissal. The case is hereby dismissed without prejudice under Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b) for failure to comply with a Court Order. The Courts of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico are courts of general jurisdiction which are available to hear plaintiff's claim in Spanish.
