Plaintiff has nonetheless failed to move for the issuance of summons and to serve the named defendants in accordance with Rule 4 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Plaintiff's pro se status does not exempt her from complying with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure or the Local Rules and Standing Orders of this District.
