Plaintiff's pro se status does not exempt her from complying with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure or the Local Rules and Standing Orders of this District. Thus, plaintiff is hereby ORDERED to serve the named defendants within the next 60 days. Failure to comply will result in the dismissal of the complaint.
