ORDER. Initial Scheduling and Settlement Conference is hereby set for 10/25/2023 at 9:00 AM in VTC Bridge MDM before US Magistrate Judge Marshal D. Morgan. The Parties are ORDERED to come that day prepared to discuss the possibility of settlement. The respective principal(s) with settlement authority must be present for said conference, be available by phone, or provide preauthorization to their counsel for a settlement range. If they have not already do ne so, Plaintiff shall extend to defendant(s) a settlement demand at least five (5) days PRIOR to the settlement conference.
