ORDER: Denying #5 "Motion for Permission to File Pleading in the Spanish Language." There are no exceptions to the English language requirements for filings in federal court as established by 864 and Local Rule 5(c). Thus, the court cannot allow plaintiff to proceed in the Spanish language. Plaintiff must file the complaint in English or file a certified English translation of the Complaint at Docket No. 3 not later than November 17, 2023.
