ORDER denying without prejudice #5 Motion for Service by Publication. The Court is not satisfied with the efforts and alleged due diligence performed in this case by Plaintiff Baleria Arocho to serve Defendant El Coolmado, LLC. Pursuant to Ms. Brenda Arroyo's sworn declaration, her efforts to serve Defendant were limited to two days (March 26 and 30, 2024) at three locations and by telephone. These efforts are simply not enough to justify service by publication. Further attempts by Plaintiff to serve Defendant over an extended period of time are necessary. Signed by Judge Camille L.
