Filing 15 TEXT ORDER: Plaintiffs failed to file Rule 26.01 Interrogatories, as required, within fourteen days of removal. The Clerk of Court, on February 7, 2022, provided Plaintiffs an additional fourteen days to file the required Rule 26.01 Interrogatories. Plaintiffs failed to file the 26.01 Interrogatories within this second fourteen day timeframe.Furthermore, Plaintiffs subsequently filed a motion to remand that had multiple deficiencies. On February 8, 2022, the Clerk of Court, via email, informed Plaintiffs of their motion's deficiencies and directed them to rectify these deficiencies by the following day. Plaintiffs failed to comply with the Clerk of Court's directive. The Clerk of Court, via email, on February 10, 2022, provided Plaintiffs an additional day to correct their motion's deficiencies, but they again failed to comply with the Clerk of Court's directive. On February 16, 2022, the Court, in a Text Order, directed Plaintiffs to rectify their motion's deficiencies by the following day. Plaintiffs ignored this Order. The Court, in a February 18, 2022, Text Order, directed Plaintiffs to rectify their motion's deficiencies no later than February 22, 2022. Plaintiffs ignored this Order, too.Plaintiffs are directed, no later than February 25, 2022, to show cause as to why their case should not be dismissed with prejudice for failure to prosecute.
