Citizenship of an LLC is determined based on the citizenship of its members, not based on a "state of incorporation" and principal place of business. See General Technology Applications, Inc. v. Exro Ltda, 388 F.3d 114 (4th Cir. 2004). Defendant shall file an amended, responsive answer no later than March 20, 2024. IT IS SO ORDERED.
