ORDER AND OPINION: The court GRANTS IN PART AND DENIES IN PART Defendant's Motion to Dismiss the First Amended Complaint for failure to state a claim and dismisses Plaintiff's claims for breach of contract, conversi on, theft of services, and fraudulent concealment pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6). (ECF No. 7.) The court DENIES without prejudice Defendant's Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction purs uant to Fed. R. Civ.
