The Court dismisses this case with prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) because it fails to state a plausible claim on which relief may be granted by the Court. This Court also denies Plaintiff's motion for a TRO. All of Plaintiff's remaining motions are moot. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiff's complaint is dismissed with prejudice.
