For the reasons stated herein and in the Report an d Recommendation, Defendant Thompson's motion for summary judgment (ECF No. 116 ) is granted. Defendant Anthony's motion to dismiss (ECF No. 132 ) also is granted. Defendants Cartlige, Enloe, Harris, Holcome, Joyner, Myers, Reynolds, a nd Thompson' motion for summary judgment (ECF No. 145 ) is granted in part as to all Defendants except Defendant Myers, and denied in part as to Plaintiff's excess force allegations against Defendant Myers.
