Accordingly, the Court GRANTS Defendant's motion for summary judgment (ECF No. 39 ) as to Plaintiff's federal claims filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, DECLINES to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the state law claims, and DISMISSES this action.IT IS SO ORDERED.
