October 17, 2018 Filing 14 TEXT ORDER: Plaintiff's mother sent a letter (DE#11) stating that Plaintiff is detained in a special housing unit and does not have access to mailing supplies. The Court will give Plaintiff an extension of time, up to and including November 7, 2018, in which to file an Amended Complaint, if he chooses to file one.
