| Filing 10 TEXT ORDER granting #9 Motion to Stay Proceedings Pending Issuance of Right to Sue Letter(s). Pursuant to Plaintiff's motion, the undersigned finds it most judicious in the instant case to stay the current deadlines until Plaintiff receives the requisite right to sue letter(s) from the EEOC in relation to her outstanding administrative charges, Nos. 415-2020-01030 and 415-2020-01031. Plaintiff is directed to file a notice with the Court immediately upon receiving said letter(s). Defendants shall have twenty one days to file an answer to Plaintiff's complaint or otherwise respond from the date Plaintiff files this notification. If Plaintiff has not received the letter(s) by January 4, 2021, she must file a brief status report with the Court, and every thirty days thereafter until the EEOC has issued the requisite letter(s).
