ORDER Plaintiffs have filed what appears to be a second complaint and request for injunction. It is unclear whether Plaintiffs intend for their proposed amended complaint to completely replace the original pleading, or whether they wish to supplement the same. To the extent Plaintiffs simply intend to supplement the Complaint, Plaintiffs must file an amended complaint that contains all of the claims they wish to assert, a plain short statement of the supporting facts for those claims against each defendant, and any and all exhibits they would like the Court to consider as part of the pleading.To the extent Plaintiffs wish to completely replace their original pleading with the proposed amended complaint, Plaintiffs submit a brief notice to be filed on the record clarifying that the proposed amended complaint should supersede the original pleading and be filed as such.
