Specifically, Plaintiff claims that he was recently removed from protective custody without explanation, despite alleged concerns for Plaintiff's safety around other inmates. Generally, the Court cannot interfere with the day-to-day management of a prison. See Washington v. Rounds, No. PWG-16-320, 2017 WL 5668216, at *3 (D. Md. Nov. 27, 2017) (explaining that day- to-day administrative decisions are peculiarly within the province and professional expertise of corrections officials). However, to the extent Plaintiff believes his civil rights are being violated and wishes to proceed with legal action, the undersigned has enclosed a blank Prisoner Complaint for Violation of Civil Rights for Plaintiff's use.
