Filing 11 TEXT ORDER. On November 8, 2021, the undersigned notified Plaintiff that his responses to the Courts mandatory Local Civil Rule 26.01 interrogatories (Dkt. No. 3) were incomplete. More specifically, the undersigned informed Plaintiff that he should be able to answer at least some of the questions on the form and, to the extent certain questions are inapplicable, he may state such in response to those particular questions. (See Dkt. No. 7.) The undersigned then gave Plaintiff twenty-one days to submit fully completed answers to the Clerk of Court, which he has yet to do. Accordingly, the undersigned reminds Plaintiff once more that he must submit fully completed responses to the Courts Local Civil Rule 26.01 interrogatories. The Clerk of Court shall provide Plaintiff with a blank copy of those interrogatories for his use. Plaintiff has twenty-one days, plus three days for mail time, to file his responses as required under the Local Civil Rules. No further extensions shall be given.
