August 31, 2021 Filing 10 TEXT ORDER. In this action, Defendants seek to enforce a subpoena duces tecum on non-party Performance Impressions, LLC that appears to demand substantially similar information as did Defendants' discovery demands on Plaintiff in the related action, 2:19-cv-3590-RMG. In that related action, Defendants moved to compel Plaintiff to supplement his response to certain Requests for Production and Interrogatories, which the Court granted in part. (Dkt. No. 55.) Plaintiff's deadline to comply with the Court's order is September 15, 2021. (Dkt. No. 56.) In light of this law of the case, Defendants are directed to review Plaintiff's forthcoming production and to determine whether it moots any of the instant subpoena's demands on Performance Impressions, LLC. Defendants are DIRECTED to file a brief status report on or before September 28, 2021 that identifies with specificity which, if any, of the subpoena's demands remain in dispute.
