No. 13) from Petitioner in which he explains that the mail at Broad River Correctional Institution (where he is currently housed) has been slow due to staff shortages. He therefore requests additional time to reply to Respondent's response to his Motion to Stay (Dkt. No. 11) and asks that the Court wait on his reply before ruling on the Motion. Petitioner indicates that he will have his reply in the mail by May 13, 2022.
