June 2, 2022 Filing 9 TEXT ORDER granting #5 Motion to Dismiss. Plaintiff failed to respond to Defendant Dorchester County's Motion to Dismiss by the May 3, 2022 deadline. In an abundance of caution, the Court extended Plaintiff's response deadline to May 20, 2022. (Dkt. No. 6.) The Court advised Plaintiff that it would construe Plaintiff's failure to respond to the Motion by the May 20 deadline as Plaintiff's consent to the Motion. (Id.)
