Filing 11 Filing fee paid $402.00. Receipt number SCX200019088. (tsim, ) |
Filing 10 TEXT ORDER dismissing #3 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. Plaintiff originally submitted an Application to Proceed Without Prepayment of Fees, indicating that she does not have sufficient funds to pay the $402.00 filing fee in this case. However, due to certain inconsistencies in the application, the undersigned issued an #7 order notifying Plaintiff that the Court could not properly evaluate her financial status without further information; the undersigned then directed Plaintiff to respond to a special interrogatory and submit a Long Form AO 239 regarding the same. Plaintiff has since filed a #9 reply stating that she has decided to voluntarily withdraw her application and "will forthwith make these payments to the court." Accordingly, the Clerk of Court shall dismiss the #3 Motion to proceed in forma pauperis per Plaintiff's reply. Plaintiff shall have twenty-one days from the date this Order is entered to pay the full $402.00 filing fee. Entered at the direction of Magistrate Judge Mary Gordon Baker on 10/20/2022. (msaw, ) |
