| Filing 6 TEXT ORDER: Plaintiff has moved to seal the entirety of the complaint in this action and an attached insurance policy. (Dkt. No. 1). The action involves allegations that Defendant, an insured of Plaintiff, provided false information in an insurance application. There is a well settled common law right to inspect judicial records and documents but that right is not absolute and judicial documents may be sealed where the public's right to access is outweighed by competing interests. Nixon v. Warner Communications, Inc., 435 U.S. 589, 597 (1978). The Court has reviewed the Complaint and its attachment and finds that the public's interest in judicial records outweighs any private rights at issue in this action. The motion to seal (Dkt.
