| Filing 34 TEXT ORDER: For the reasons set forth on the record, the Court finds that Plaintiffs have failed to make the requisite clear showing of any of the factors necessary to obtain preliminary injunctive relief. Accordingly, the Court denies Plaintiffs' motion for a preliminary injunction. Additionally, for the reasons set forth on the record, the Court finds that the parties' claims are subject to arbitration, and the Court hereby grants [ECF 14] Defendants' motion to dismiss pursuant to Rule 12(b)(3) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and compels the parties to arbitrate their disputes.
