Notation Order: This civil action is before the Court on Defendant Tyco Fire Products LP and Chemguard, Inc. (the "Moving Defendants")'s motion for extension of time for all Defendants to respond to Plaintiff's complaint. (Doc. #10 ). The Moving Defendants seek 28 days from the date of entry of the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation's decision on whether to transfer this case to the MDL to respond to the complaint.
