ORDER AND OPINION granting in part Plaintiffs' Motion to Alter or Amend the Order entered on March 21, 2017 14 . Accordingly, the court strikes from the March Order the sentence stating that "[s]econd, because the a mount of their alleged claim against Defendant is uncertain due to the still pending litigation between the parties, Plaintiffs cannot properly allege a claim for set off even if it was available to them."
