| Filing 23 TEXT ORDER. This action was removed to this Court on October 4, 2022. ECF No. 1. Currently pending before the Court are Motions to Remand and to Strike the Notice of Removal. ECF Nos. 9, 10 & 15. In their briefing on the motions, the parties reference various documents from the state court docket. See, e.g., ECF Nos. 17 at 2-3; 19 at 2; 21 at 3. However, notwithstanding 28 U.S.C. 1446(a)s requirement that a removing defendant file "a copy of all process, pleadings, and orders served upon such defendant or defendants in [the state] action," the only documents from the state court action that have been filed in this Court are the Amended Complaint and those filed as attachments to Plaintiff's briefing. See ECF Nos. 1-2; 20-1. In light of the foregoing, the removing Defendants are ORDERED to file, on or before November 30, 2022, a copy of all process, pleadings, and orders that had been served upon them in the state action as of the removal date.
