ORDER AND OPINION: It is hereby ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for Default Judgment (ECF No. 22 ) is GRANTED. Plaintiff is therefore awarded $51,143.98 plus interest accruing from September 28, 2015, at the rate of $5.3178 per diem. In addition, per the terms of the promissory notes, Plaintiff is entitled to the payment of collection costs including reasonable attorneys' fees.
