ORDER RULING ON REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION: The Court adopts and incorporates by reference the R&R [ECF No. 100 ], except to the extent it states there is a defamation claim. The Court GRANTS Defendants' motion for sum mary judgment [ECF No. 68 ]. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES Plaintiff's ADEA claim with prejudice.
