ORDER RULING ON REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION: After a thorough review of the record in this case, the Court finds no clear error and therefore adopts and incorporates by reference the R & R [ECF No. 17 ] of the Magistrate Judg e. Accordingly, the Court GRANTS Defendant's Partial Motion to Dismiss [ECF No. 4 ] and DISMISSES Plaintiff's cause of action for wrongful termination in violation of public policy with prejudice.
