ORDER: The Court GRANTS IN PART AND DENIES IN PART Defendants' motion for summary judgment [ECF No. 28 ], DISMISSES Plaintiffs' warning defect claim with prejudice, and STRIKES Plaintiffs' claim for punitive da mages.
