Filing 17 TEXT ORDER: On September 12, 2024, Plaintiff was ordered to file an Amended Complaint. (ECF No. #9 ). Plaintiff did not comply with the Order and filed a one page Motion to Stay. (ECF No. #13 ). Plaintiff stated "trying to suspend the following proceedings... if not suspend to be able to [pursue] when I can get a lawyer." Plaintiff states he has asked several times for a lawyer "due to the fact I was hurt and now neglected my medical rights," but he has not done so in this case. (ECF No. #13 ). Plaintiff requests an undefined stay of this proceeding. Plaintiff does not indicate any productive discussions with an attorney or provide any other details in his motion. In light of the vague and open-ended nature of his request, the motion to stay is denied.
